CONCERT SENSATION
INCIDENT IN TOKIO “DEUTSCHLAND ÜB£R ALLES ” (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) TOKIO. May 11. (Receive May 12. at 9.30 p.m.) ' A surprising incident occurred at a public concert in Tokio on Saturday, sponsored by leading educationists and attended by 4000 students. A big orchestra unexpectedly played'“ Deutschland Über Alles.” The conductor, a German Jew named Rosenstock, refused to function, whereupon a Japanese conductor took over.
