DEATH OF SECOND VICTIM (Per United Press Association) NELSON, Mar. 25. The death has occurred in hospital of John Sutherland Howard,; aged 24, the second victim of the motor accident which occurred at Wakatu early on Friday morning. INJURIES PROVE FATAL (Per United Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Mar. 25. William Parish, who was seriously injured in a car collision on the In-vercargill-Winton road yesterday afternoon, .died in. the Southland Hospital this morning. - ■
