A very representative gathering of members spent an exceedingly enjoyable time !u Brown’s Tea Rooms. Mrs Durwaid (provincial president) introduced Mrs Adams, who delighted her listeners with a fluent talk on different phases of the work of the Women’s Division. She urged members to keep their branches going in these difficult times* as the help and friendship of each member would mean so much to others. It was announced that a trip had been organised to take the place of a combined Educational Week The trip was to Wellington and the Exhibition and 57 members had already signified their intention of going with the party, which would be absent from April .12 to April 2D, so that members would be able to participate in thr last cpuntrywomen’s day at the Exhibition on April 26. An interesting itinerary had been drawn up, and the travellers were assured of an enjoyable week.
