CONSIDERABLE INCREASE LONDON, Mar. 22. (Received Mar. 22, at 10 p.m.) The prices of newsprint will be increased 90s per ton from April, a further increase of 70s in July making the price then £25, compared with £ll 5s at the outbreak of war.
