DISCUSSION OF REPORT WAR POLICY AND PEACE AIMS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 20. Discussion of the executives repor., was commenced at the annual conference of the Federation of Labour tQdav and several sections were endorsed. Among the matters debated was the section dealing with the international situation and the war. coupled with the joint statement on Labours war policy and peace aims issued by the National Council of the federation and the National Executive of the New Zealand Labour Party. Mr D. R. Grenfell, the British Labour M.P., who is representing the Unitea Kingdom branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association at the centennial celebrations, was present, and ad. dressed the delegates.
