FLOODS IN CALIFORNIA
WORST OF DANGER OVER TWO DEATHS REPORTED SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 28. The rains have moved southward, causing the hope that the worst of the flood danger is past. Two deaths have been reported. It is estimated that property damage amounts to over 1,000,000 dollars. The homeless number at least 400.
