TURKEY AND BULGARIA
IDENTITY OF VIEWS LONDON, Jan. 20. (Received Jan. 21, at 6 p.m.) M. Refik Saydam told the Turkish Parliament that talks between Turkey and Bulgaria have established friendship and an identity of views in an effort to stabilise Balkan peace and security. He added .that Turkey had decided that democracy was the best course.
