THE SWEDISH CABINET
RECONSTRUCTION REPORTED STOCKHOLM. Dec. 12. (Received Dec. 13, at 11 p.m.) It is reported that the Swedish Cabinet has been reconstructed on strictly neutral lines. The Foreign Minister. M. Sandler, who has shown pro-Fin-nish leanings, is reported to be not included. The new Government’s policy will embrace all possible help for Finland in accordance with neutrality.
