DISPLAY OF ROSES Roses, which at the time of the North Otago Horticultural Society’s Summer Show had not attained their full perfection. were seen in profusion at the North Otago Women’s Club rooms on Tuesday. Some of the most beautiful species were on display with other summer flowers. Those responsible for the exhibition were Mesdames R. K Ireland. Macaulay. F. Jones. R. Finch. John Tait, R. A. McDowell. Williams. D. H. Thomson. A. Smith-Morton. and L. Douglas.
