COURT OF APPEAL
NEXT YEAR'S SITTINGS
(Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 23
The first division of the Court of Appeal will sit in Wellington on March 11 next year, according to a notice appearing in to-night's Gazette. The second division of the court will commence a sitting here on June 10, 1940, and the first division will hold another sitting commencing on September 9, 1940.
Another Gazette notice slates that the following have been appointed members of the first division of the Appeal Court:—The Chief Justice iSir Michael Myers). Mr Justice Blair. Mr Justice Kennedy, Mr Justice Callan, and Mr Justice Northcroft. The following have been appointed members of the second division:—The Chief Justice, Mr Justice Ostler, Mr Justice Smith, Mr Justice Johnston, and Mr Justice Fair.
