CABINET CHANGES
THE ITALIAN RESHUFFLE MINISTERS DISPLACED MODERATES IN FAVOUR (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) ROME, Oct. 31. Signor Starace has resigned the seretaryship of the Fascist Party and becomes Chief of Staff of the Fascist Militia. Marshal Graziani has been appointed Chief of Staff of the army in succession to General Pirani. The Cabinet has been reshuffled. Six Ministers resigned and some have been assigned to other posts. General Valle has resigned as Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Military training will henceforth be part of the curriculum of high schools and universities. Signor Ettoire Muti, who is 37, replaces Signor Starace as Secretarygeneral of the Fascist Party. Signor Alfieri has been appointed Ambassador at large.
