COMMANDER KING-HALL LONDON, Oct. 27. Commander Stephen King-Hall (Labour) was returned unopposed for the Ormskirk Division (Lancashire) as a result of Sir Samuel Rosbotham’s retirement. Commander King-Hall is editor and proprietor of the K-H News Letter Service, his comments in several issues creating fury among the Nazi chiefs, who banned the publication from Germany about a month before the war started. SIR WILLIAM JOWETT LONDON, Oct. 28. (Received Oct. 29, at 10 p.m.) Sir William Jowett (Labour) was returned unopposed for Ashton-under-Lyne.
