(Received Oct. 29. at 5.5 p.m.) Sir Henry Moore has been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Kenya in succession to Air Chiefmarshal Sir Henry Brooke-Popham. who recently relinquished the Governorship in order to take up duty with the Royal Air Force. Sir Alan Bums, Governor of British Honduras, succeeds Sir Henry Moore as Assistant Under-secretary at the Colonial Office.
