STORAGE OF PETROL THE SAFETY REGULATIONS (Per United Press Association; WELLINGTON. Sept. 19. The oil fuel controller stated today that it had come under his notice that prior to the operation of the emergency regulations a number of persons had secured stocks of petrol as a reserve supply and that this netrol was being stored in drums and other containers under conditions which did not comply with the safety regulations under the Explosive and Dangerous Goods Act and without a licence under that Act.
