STRANDED PORT BOWEN

CREW RETURNING TO ENGLAND (Per United Press Association; AUCKLAND, Aug. 23. A party of 26 members of the crew of the Port Bowen, which has been ashore off Wanganui for the past six weeks, will be returned to England by the Rangitata. which leaves Auckland to-morrow. The men are largely from the engine room department of the stranded ship.
