FLYING BOAT DAMAGED
THE BOW STOVE IN ACCIDENT WHEN TAKING OFF LONDON, Aug. 9. A Basra report states that the bow of the Imperial Airways flying boat Australia, bound for Karachi from Southampton, was stove in when it grounded on taking off. There were no casualties.
