SOCIALISTS INCLUDED FIRST TIME IN HISTORY (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) AMSTERDAM, Aug. 9. For the first time in history the Socialists achieved Cabinet rank as a result of the inclusion of M. Van Der Tempel (Social Affairs) and M. J. W. Albarda (Waterways). The new Ministry is. headed by M. Dirk Jan de Geer. Other portfolios are held as follows: — Foreign Affairs, M. Van Leffens. Defence; M. Dymhoorn. Colonies: M. Welter. Economics: M. Dtenberghe., M. Geer is Leader of the Christian Traditionalist Party.
