NATURAL FOODS ASSOCIATION

MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Natural Foods Association was held on Monday last, when there was a good attendance, The meeting took the form of a social evening, and an enjoyable programme was presented by the secretary. Mr John McConnachie. The first part of it was taken up by community sinking. The following contributed towards the success of the evening: - Talk on health by Miss M, McMaster leader of Sutcliffe Group of Radiant Living: physical culture display by Mrs Paul and Mrs McConnachie: song by Mrs Williamson: sailor’s hornpipe bv Phillis Lowe: mouth organ selection by Ken Lowe. After supper, a dance was held until 11 p.m. Messrs Thomson and Co. were thanked for loan of pictures for decoration, and Messrs Gregg and Co. for samples of pure foods. Mrs Thornicroft officiated at the piano.
