AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS IN RUMANIA ADVICE TO BRITONS BUCHAREST, Aug. 9. The public buildings are covered with posters instructing the population what to do in the event of air raids. Foreign embassies have drawn up plans to evacuate nationals. The British Consulate advised Britons to leave the country immediately if war breaks out.
