TWO FUTURES OPEN

Two futures were open to the world —peace, happiness, and trade, or jealousy, misery and war, said Sir Alan Anderson, M.P., in addressing the International Chamber of Commere at Copenhagen. "Let us choose happiness and trade and peace," was the message of the 1.C.C., but it had not been heard. "While we pile up arms and maintain tariffs," added Sir Alan, " we must obey that message or suffer -and the whole world must suffer with us. Our tariffs are wise and our arms are blessed only if we use them to restore order and happiness and good trade where now is chaos."
