THE STATE OF HYDERABAD

SPECIAL COMMITTEE SET UP BOMBAY, July 19. The Nizam of Hyderabad has issued a decree granting religious and political rights to a single chamber of representatives elected by the people to replace the Executive Council. A permanent committee of Hindus and Moslems is created to advise the Government on questions of religious freedom.
