RIVER SWEEPS THROUGH CITY HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE MEXICO CITY, July 18, Fifty are dead and 100 injured as a result of the San Francisco River overflowing and sweeping the noorer sections of the city of Puebla The river was swollen by rains in the mountains.
