SEVERAL VISITING PARIS OF FRENCH ARMY (British Official Wireless) I RUGBY, July 11. Viscouht Gort, accompanied by other; British staff officers, will fly to Paris j to-morrow on a, tworday visit as ;a guest of. the French Government on the occasion of the French mational fete day. ■

On tie morning of July 14 Viscount Qkirt will attend a review of the French army, in, company with General Gainelin, and will later be present at a luncheon at the Elysee Palace-—an historic occasion marking the close ties \yhich now bind the two great democracies of Western Europe, for it is the first time France has, invited any foreign officers to the luncheon, which is given annually py the President of the Republic to distinguished officials of the French army.
