IN TIME OF WAR

HAVEN FOR ENGLISH CHILDREN HOMES IN TORONTO TORONTO, July 11. The Premier, Mr M. Hepburn, announced the Ontario Cabinet’s approval of a suggestion that a haven be organised in Canada for English children in the event of war.
