ITALY AND GERMANY

MILITARY AGREEMENT CEREMONIAL SIGNING LONDON, May 15. The Berlin correspondent of the British United Press says it is reliably stated that Count Ciano will arrive on May 21, and is expected to stay several days, during which the ceremonial signing of the Ger-man-Italian military agreement will take place. Herr Hitler is expected to make an important speech stressing the combined military weight of Italy and Germany. Well-informed Nazi circles are of the opinion that the Government is planning retaliation for the AngloTurkish pact. They hint that it may be to withdraw diplomats from Poland and Turkey, and even from Britain.
