OPEN SNOOKER TOURNAMENT The first round of the open snooker tournament was completed last night. The results were as follows:—Bringans beat Hill 2—o, Rayner beat Weaver 2—o, Procter beat 2—o, Stewart beat Pearce 2—o. The draw for the second round and semi-finals is as follows: To-night: Stewart v. Oliver (at Olympia) at 7.30, Brlngans v. Rayner (at Exchange) at 7.30, Procter v. Jenkins (at R.S.A.) at 8.30, Ryan v. Mason (at Carlton) at 8.30. To-morrow night: The winner of the match between Ryan and Mason will play the winner of the Bringans-Ray-nor game at the Carlton at 7.30 p.m. The winner of the Procter-Jenkins game will meet the successful player of the match between Stewart and Oliver at the Returned Soldiers' Association club rooms at the same time.
