INCREASE INEVITABLE
TAXATION IN AUSTRALIA PRIME MINISTER’S VIEWS (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, May 15. The Prime Minister, Mr R. Q. Menzies, said that increased taxation seemed inevitable, but he could not make a definite statement at this stage because he could not anticipate the contents of the Budget, on which he had not yet begun work.
