MOCK BATTLE STAGED (Per United Press Association) WHANGAREI, May 15. The largest mounted military camp ever held in the Northland was augmented yesterday by the arrival of a motorised squadron consisting of 28 cars and lorries, 40 motor cycles, and two Bren carriers. Five hundred mounted men and the motorised squadron set out at 11 o’clock last night on a 15-mile trek to the Titoki district, where a battle began at daybreak.
