(Received May 12, at 1,15 a.m.) The official organ, Isvestia. says Russia has maintained and will continue to maintain that if England and France really want to create a barrier against aggression then a united front of mutual assistance should be created primarily embracing England, France, Poland and Russia, or at least England, France and Russia. These three, bound by a pact of mutual reciprocal assistance, should guarantee other States in Eastern and Central Europe theatened by aggression.
