JUVENILE REVUE

NEW PROGRAMME TO-DAY Entertainment of good quality and of a novel nature is at present being provided in His Majesty's Theatre by the members of the Australian Boys' Band and Revue Company. All the lads are in their teens, with the exception of one or two who have not yet reached that stage of development, but they are all unusually talented in many diverse ways, and it is easy to understand why this combination-has received such favourable receptions in many cities and in far lands. The public of New Zealand has also been quick to appreciate the artistry of these remarkable boys, and Dunedin. if the applause at each performance means anything, is also enjoying their excellent items.

The new programme, which will begin at a matinee to-day at 2.15, holds many delightful surprises. The female impersonator, Colin Croft, will be seen in new studies, including that of " Pierrette," and also in the bustle skirt period of the nineties, while George Nichols, who has won fame overseas, will be heard in new Scottish comedy and new impersonations of stage and screen stai - s. The 6ft sin eccentric comedian, Ron Morris, will indulge in new and hilarious comedy, and Charles Stanton, band leader and dancer, Fen Robertson, xylophonist, Les Waterhouse, and all the brilliant young artists will entertain with new offerings. There are three New Zealanders in the revue —Albert Workman, a brilliant Auckland piano accordionist; Ivan Lawson, a Wellington boy with a magnificent soprano voice, and Maurice Dixon, a remarkable dancer from Christchurch. The revue will continue for only three more nights. Seats may be reserved at the D.I.C. until noon to-day, and at the theatre during the afternoon. At the matinee to-day and Tuesday next, there will be a quest for talent, when local boys will compete and the audiences will be the judges.
