HUNT CHAIRMAN RESIGNS
Mr Reggie Wright, millionaire sportsman, was appointed to succeed Sir Julien Cahn as Master of the Fernie Hunt, last month. Following this, three members of the hunt committee—Sir Arthur Hazlerigg, who has been chairman for twenty years: Lord Allerton, one of the held masters; and Captain Charles Edmondstone have resigned. “ I most earnestly hope that Sir Arthur Hazlerigg will not continue to take the same view about the new mastership as he is doing at the present time,” a member of the hunt committee said.
