AN AVIATOR'S ESTATE

SIR CHARLES KINGSFORD SMITH COURT GRANTS PROBATE SYDNEY, Feb. 14. (Received Feb. 15, at 0.15 a.m.) The Probate Court to-day granted leave to distribute the £12,874 estate of the late Sir Charles Kmgsford Smith, the whole of which is bequeathed to his widow, now Mrs Mary Tully, of Toorak, Victoria, who some time ago obtained leave to swear to her husband s death on the ill-fated flight from England to Australia in November, 1935.
