C. Levvey, S.M.. in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. On a charge of speeding, he was fined £5, and on a charge of driving without a licence he was fined . £2O. The inspector explained that he found Court’s licence had been cancelled for 12 months when Court was convicted of being intoxicated in a car. He stopped Court on the Main North road, after observing him travel at 49 miles an hour within the 30 miles-an-hour area.
