GERMANY AND REBEL SPAIN AN AGREEMENT SIGNED BERLIN, Jan. 25. (Received Jan. 25, at 9 p.m.) Mutual interest in each other’s achievements is the object of a cultural agreement signed between Germany ’and rebel Spain. It provides for building a German house in Spain and a Spanish house in Berlin, and for a more extensive study of the respective languages in schools and universities, an exchange of students and lecturers, and prohibition of literature attacking either regime.
