DEFENCE INDUSTRIES
SOVIET COMMISSARIAT COMPLETE REORGANISATION (Independent Cable Service) MOSCOW, Jan. 12. M. Stalin has issued a decree for the complete reorganisation of the Commissariat for Defence Industries to cope with the vast expansion of the Soviet defences. The commissariat will be divided into four sections, with separate chiefs for aviation, shipbuilding, war supplies, and armaments.
