RECORD RECRUITING

THE TERRITORIAL ARMY (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, Jan. 10. Record recruiting returns continue to be made for the Territorial Army. The figures at January 1 show that the strength reached 204,000 officers and men. The revised re-establish-ment is 224,039. During December 6882 recruits enlisted, and, after allowing for officers and men who completed their service, there was a net gain of 3819. The Territorial Army is now larger than the regular army.
