CIRCUS AND ZOO
COMING NEXT WEEK Coming by special trains and opening in Dunedin next Thursday for a season of six nights only, the Perry Bros, will present their modern circus of 50 international performers together with their zoo of 18 cages of jungle animals and herd of elephants. The Perry Bros, is the oldest-estab-lished circus family in Australia. It has been constantly before the public for 70 years, presenting no mere mimicry of reality, but actual facts of human prowess. The Perry Bros, have imported a new team of Continental clowns and dummies who will present new comedy. Another novelty to be seen will be Madame Danada, described as the only woman tiger trainer in the world. There are acts from all parts of the world, 'Including Professor Leon, said to be the only man to accomplish the task of training sheep. The zoo will be open daily from 4 to 5 p.m. for 'he feeding of the animals. There will be matinees on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons at 2.30. Further particulars are advertised.
