CHASE BY BUSINESS MAN ARREST LATER EFFECTED (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 11. Returning to his office at 8 o'clock last night, Mr Andrew Fletcher found that some person had forced an entry to his premises. He went upstairs and shouted: "Is anyone there?" He saw the shadow of a man through a glass door and ordered him to stay wHere he was, but the man darted through another doorway. Mr Fletcher followed him and tried to hold him in a room while he telephoned to the police. The man made off with Mr Fletcher in pursuit. Mr Fletcher on a nail-puller. He then hailed two young men in a car. They searched about, and eventually saw a man board an Island Bay car, but he got off at the Bank of New Zealand. Their suspicions were confirmed when they saw a constable walking towards him, and they asked the constable to arrest him.
