Mrs H. Barron spent the week-end with Mrs Roland Fulton, who has a house in Timaru for the holidays.

The Rev. H. J. Ryburn and Mrs Ryburn are spending a holiday at Stewart Island.

Dr and Mrs E. F. D’Ath, of Dunedin, who have been entertaining Dr and Mrs H. E. Robertson, of the Mayo Clinic. Rochester, U S.A., have left the Hermitage, Mount Cook.

Mr and Mrs James Dodgshun have returned from the Lakes and have taken up residence in Balmacewen road.

Miss Joan Warwick, manager of the English women’s hockey team which visited New Zealand and Australia last winter, has been appointed match secretary for the All England Women’s Hockey Association,

Spending a holidav at the Hermitage, Mount Cook, is Mrs Egerton-Reid, of Margate, England. Mrs Reid hails from the Mackenzie Country, but has resided in England for many years. She is accompanied by Mrs Lavallin-Puxley, Kitchen, England, who is also an exNew Zealander.
