DUCHESS OF WINDSOR SUPPLANTED
In the annual vote conducted by the French fashion houses, Madame Patino, daughter-in-law of a South American millionaire, has supplanted as the “queen of fashion,” the Duchess of Windsor who is now second, with the Duchess of Kent third, states an exchange. The new “ queen of fashion ” is partial to strong colours.
