TUNISIA CLAIMS
ITALIAN PRESS ATTITUDE A CHANGE OF FRONT NATIVES DEGRADED BY JEWS (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) ROME, Dec. 21. The press is changing front over the Tunisia claims, alleging that France has failed in her colonising mission, and is now dominating the country as the result of the influence of thousands of Jews, who have degraded the natives into a state of slavery. It is declared that nowhere else are the Jews such masters, as a result of which the Latins are subjected. “ The Talmud has conquered the Gospels and the Koran. There is Jew nightmare throughout the country, and a cloud is darkening the sun of Latin civilisation,” declares an article published in several papers. THE MOSLEM WORLD OPPOSED TO ITALIAN CLAIMS PARIS, Dec. 21. “If Signor Mussolini wants to touch Tunisia he will find all the Moslem world in front of him,” declared the Tunisian Arab leader, Hadj Lakhda. “ The Moslems are ready to die if necessary, and will only accept the authority of France.”
