THE CABINET REVOLT
JUNIOR MINISTERS SEVERAL CAPITULATE LONDON, Dec. 21. (Received Dec. 22, at 0.30 a.m.) The Daily Mail's political corresnondent says Mr Chamberlain called for a report on rearmament progress after which he will decide on action with regard to the revolt of junior Ministers. The correspondent adds that several of those who were originally concerned in the revolt capitulated under party pressure; Mr Hore-Belisha's audience with the King was of a routine nature, but followed a discussion of his position with Mr Chamberlain.
