TRIAL OF GRYNSZPAN AN ALLEGATION DENIED (Independent Cable Service) PARIS, Dec. 20. Grynszpan, again appearing before the. examining magistrate, declared that after firing without intending to kill Dr von Rath he threw the revolver to the floor. Two German attendants who geized him said he called them " dirty Boches." Grynszpan dened the allegation, and the policeman who arrested him said that he would have heard that exclamation if it had been uttered, but he did not.
