NO PROFESSIONAL ARMY REVERTING TO CONSCRIPTION LONDON, Dec. 8. (Received Dec. 9, at 0.45 a.m.) The Budapest correspondent of The Times reports that the Defence Minister announces that a Bill will be introduced in Parliament forthwith, abolishing the professional army imposed on Hungary by the treaty of Trianon and reintroducing conscription.
