NEW SOUTH WALES TITLE SEMI-FINALS PLAYED SYDNEY, Dec. 1. (Received Dec. 2, at 0.30 a.m.) In the New South Wales lawn tennis championships to-day the results were as follows: — MEN’S SINGLES Semi-finals Bromwich defeated Hopman 6 —4, 6 — 4, I—6. 6—o. Quist defeated Crawford 6—4. 4—6. 6—2. 6—3. WOMEN’S SINGLES Semi-finals Miss Coyne defeated Mrs Hopman 4_6, 6—l, 6—4. Miss Hartigan defeated Miss Wynne (Victoria) I—6,1 —6, 6 —4, 6—2.
