BRITISH BOXER IN AMERICA ILLEGALLY ENTERED STATES LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29. . (Received Nov; 30, at 11.55 p.m.) The boxer Jack Doyle, who was sent to gaol on October 16 on a charge of illegally entering the United States, has been ordered by Miss Frances Perkins, Secretary of Labour, to be deported to England. The original charge against Doyle was that he falsified information when applying for a visa. He was given until January 13, 1939, to leave.
