A TWO YEARS' SIEGE ANNIVERSARY ON THURSDAY THE CITY HEAVILY SHELLED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) MADRID, Nov. 3. On the eve of the anniversary of the two years' siege, the city was severely shelled. Fifteen persons were killed and 42 wounded. AIR RAID ON VALENCIA BRITISH STEAMER HIT VALENCIA, Nov. 3. The British steamer Stanburn was hit during an air raid. She is leaking. There were no casualties. THE EBRO FRONT LOYALISTS RETREATING LONDON, Nov. 3. The Hendaye correspondent of The Times says the loyalists, though gallantly resisting, are gradually retreating on the Ebro front.
