HITLER TO GERMAN YOUTH Addressing a parade of the Hitler Youth at Nuremberg, Herr Hitler said: "Providence has chosen you to live in a great time. It is a great happiness for you to live in a time which is full of great happenings for Germany. You are witnessing great historical events which will not happen again in centuries. You are the fighters for the Greater Germany." After referring to the incorporation of Austria, for which, he said, " generations have been longing for centuries," he continued: " But I think this is only the beginning of our task. There are many great tasks before us which must still be solved. This can only be done by a people which is educated to doing such great things. It is a proud joy for me to think of Germany's future. The German people is now different from that which I learned to know so many years ago. It has become stronger; it stands together more firmly. It is safe against all alien influences. It is a people which understands its great tasks. Germany's future will rest on you, and I trust you blindly and confidently."
