SENTENCED TO DEATH
GERMAN COMMUNIST SECRET SESSION OF COURT (Independent Cable Service.) BERLIN, Nov. 4. (Received Nov. 5, at 1.30 a.m.) It has been revealed that a secret session of the People's Court passed the death sentence on Peer Kasper, a Communist, for conspiring with three others to march on Berlin and establish a Popular Front • Government in the middle of 1938 during the economic crisis. Others were sentenced to terms of imprisonment.
