Herr Hitler, in the course of a tour of Sudetenland, accompanied by Herr Inquart and Herr Henlein and other leaders, told an audience at Krumau that 38,000 square miles and 10,000,000 people had been reconquered without a blow, only because Germany was armed and determined, if necessary, to use force. He added that military control of Sudetenland would be transferred to the civil authorities to-morrow. A German labour exchange has been established under which General Goering has first call on the workers for lijs four-year plan. THE AUTONOMIST PARTY A SERIES OF DEMANDS PRAGUE. Oct. 20. (Received Oct. 21, at 6.5 p.m.) The press censorship and restrictions on telephones have been removed and mobilised troops are returning. All Communist activities, including newspapers, have been suspended. The Autonomist Party demands the resignation of all Czech officials, repression df Jews, and subdivision of large estates. FRONTIER INCIDENTS FIVE CZECHS SHOT DEAD LONDON. Oct. 20. The Prague correspondent of the British United Press says an army announcement states that five Czechs were shot dead m a frontier clash by German Customs officials yesterday. It adds that during the work in connection- with the rectification of boundaries the Germans evacuated the village of Zelochovice, near Litogerice. A Czech patrol entered to confirm the evacuation. Some of the townspeople lowered the Swastika flags from windows, and a Henleinist policeman dashed of* to the nearby town of Cizkovice and returned with German Customs officials, who fired on the Czech patrol, killing a soldier and three policemen. Subsequently the mayor of one of the districts was killed in further shooting. A farmer, whom a German soldier recently wounded at Vazacka, has died. HUNGARIAN TERRORISTS DYNAMITE PLACED ON RAILWAY PRAGUE. Oct. 20 The military authorities report that 17 sticks of dynamite were removed from the railway between Uzhorod and Kapusany. Hungarian terrorists were allegedly caught in the act of placing the explosive. A captive balloon travelled on the Hungarian side of the Slovak frontier dropping leaflets subversive to Czech authority.
